Kontaktaufnahme (Formular / WhatsApp)

Wenn Sie uns über das Kontaktformular oder WhatsApp kontaktieren, erheben wir Name, Vorname, Telefonnummer und Nachrichteninhalt. Diese Daten werden ausschliesslich zur Bearbeitung Ihrer Anfrage und Auftragsabwicklung verwendet.

Die über das Kontaktformular übermittelten Daten (Name, Vorname, Telefon, E-Mail, Nachricht, Sprache) werden zur Zustellung als E-Mail über den Dienst Resend (Resend, Inc., USA) ausgeliefert. Resend handelt dabei als Auftragsverarbeiter und ist nach dem EU-US Data Privacy Framework zertifiziert.

• Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 31 Abs. 2 lit. a revDSG (Vertragserfüllung / berechtigtes Interesse)
• Aufbewahrung: 10 Jahre (gesetzliche Aufbewahrungspflicht OR)
• Widerspruch / Löschung: Sie können der Bearbeitung Ihrer Anfrage jederzeit widersprechen (E-Mail an info@dominicanoexpress.com). Kontaktdaten werden nach Erledigung der Anfrage gelöscht, sofern keine gesetzliche Aufbewahrungspflicht (OR / Handelsrecht) besteht.

Server-Logfiles

Beim Aufruf unserer Website übermittelt Ihr Browser automatisch technische Daten: IP-Adresse, Browsertyp, Betriebssystem, Referrer-URL, Uhrzeit des Zugriffs. Diese Daten werden von Vercel, Inc. als Hosting-Anbieter verarbeitet und nicht mit anderen Daten verknüpft.

Diese Website verwendet Vercel Web Analytics (cookielos). Schriftarten

Auf der Startseite zeigen wir unseren Standort zunächst als Bild. Erst wenn Sie darauf klicken, wird eine Karte von Google Maps (Google LLC) nachgeladen — vorher besteht keine Verbindung zu Google. Mit dem Klick werden Ihre IP-Adresse und Angaben zu Browser und Gerät an Google übermittelt; die Verarbeitung findet auch in den USA statt.

Wir geben Ihre Daten nicht an Dritte weiter, ausser dies ist zur Vertragserfüllung erforderlich (z. B. Transportunternehmen, Zollbehörden Dominikanische Republik) oder gesetzlich vorgeschrieben.

Unser Hosting-Anbieter Vercel, Inc. (San Francisco, USA) verarbeitet technische Daten auf seinen Servern. Vercel ist nach dem EU-US Data Privacy Framework zertifiziert und bietet geeignete Garantien gemäss Art. 16 revDSG.

When you contact us via the contact form or WhatsApp, we collect your first name, last name, phone number and message content. This data is used exclusively to process your inquiry and handle orders.

The data submitted via the contact form (name, first name, phone, email, message, language) is delivered as an email via the Resend service (Resend, Inc., USA). Resend acts as a processor and is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

• Retention: 10 years (Swiss statutory obligation OR)

Google Maps (click to load)

On the home page we first show our location as a still image. A Google Maps map (Google LLC) is loaded only when you click it — there is no connection to Google before that. The click transmits your IP address and browser/device details to Google, and processing also takes place in the USA. To avoid it, simply do not click: the address is shown next to it as text.
