Markus Rapold Hernandez has spent over 10 years moving freight between Europe and the Caribbean. Everything you need to know

Approximately 4–8 weeks door-to-door (ocean transit, customs clearance and home delivery in DR).
Prohibited: weapons and ammunition, drugs, perishable food, liquids in unprotected glass, live animals, precious metals or cash, medication without a prescription. The complete and binding list is in §3 of our terms.
Cargo insurance is optional: you can add it to cover loss or damage in ocean transit — it is not automatically included in every shipment. If your shipment is insured and something arrives damaged, we open the claim directly with the insurer and guide you through the whole process. To arrange insurance or for high-value items, just message us on WhatsApp.
Based on box/barrel size and destination. Contact us for a personalised quote. Import duties in the DR are paid by the recipient.
Yes — we collect from all cantons.
Yes — Santo Domingo, Santiago and virtually the whole country. A few remote places carry a surcharge, and we currently do not serve Constanza. Tell us the destination and we confirm it in the quote — no surprise at the end.
